RockIt provides opportunities for young people to explore their creative skills in music performance, production, and creation, for enjoyment, development and preparing them for the music and creative industries.
The project aims to foster individuality, creativity, and self-awareness while boosting confidence and promoting positive well being and supporting mental health.
RockIt strives to develop a Youth led music scene through a supportive, inclusive environment that showcases and produces creative expressions.
At Rock It we:

NURTURE skills, build confidence and provide positive wellbeing for all.
DEVELOP a youth-led music scene with opportunities to perform and produce their creativity.
RockIt Rehearsals
Saturday sessions are led by our amazing music mentors and volunteers. Young people have the opportunity to create and rehearse original music and covers with like-minded musicians.
Regular sessions run between 9:00am and 5:00pm with additional sessions available.
RockIt Presents
Musicians perform live throughout the year playing alongside professional artists from all over the world. Incredible venues host the RockIt community to showcase their talent using experienced sound engineers and a full professional backline.
We provide a platform to highlight their creative journey whilst building confidence through a live music experience.

Masterclasses from music industry professionals including:
